• Examine the actions and behaviors needed to establish credibility with coworkers
• Identify your behavioral style through the DISC Profile
• Discuss your behavioral tendencies and how these behaviors affect others
• Recognize the strengths and limitations of each style
• Adapt your style in order to communicate more effectively with diverse
styles
• Develop strategies and action plans for applying skills and strategies back to
the job
Prerequisites
Completion of the DISC assessment prior to attending. Upon enrollment, the participant will be given a link and directions for completing the profile.
